your welcome davemunn did you used ctrl f5 after saved new setting? Ctrl – F5 forces a cache refresh, and will guarantee that if the content is changed, you will get the new content use ctrl f5 on sem audit ithink it can help alot

Wordfence does not block SEMrush’s bots, unless you have created a rule to block SEMrush’s bots.
It is dangerous to whitelist IP addresses as pointed out by @tehroongard as SEMrush states, “we do not use any consecutive IP blocks”

Whitelisting an IP address is dangerous as it allows it to bypass all Wordfence protection.
To see if you have blocked any of SEMrush’s bots then you can use the advanced filter below on the Tools >> Live Traffic page:
User Agent contains SemrushBot
If you see any blocks taking place then you can change the setting that caused the block.

I’m still waiting on the server provider to do what he can to unblock semrush, so I can clear that setting in Wordfence. I’ll chase him again.
I followed your advice and ran a User Agent test and got no results from Wordfence – which is good.

Thank you for the update.
As the Live Traffic page data gets pruned there may no longer be any records for SEMrush’s bots so you can send a request to your site from the form on https://www.semrush.com/ and see if any blocking is taking place by Wordfence.
