Whitelist not working

    Hello,

    I have whitelisted IPv4 addresses with subnet class C wildcard. However, any connection is still blocked and the IP addresses are even put on the block lists as form spam, due to frequent requests.

    Why does the whitelist not work?

    Any connection to what? I think you forgot to enable “Use White IP Access List” in the Traffic Inspector settings.
