Whitelist enqueued scripts?

Hi I was googling for a solution of this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/possible-to-prevent-from-running-all-js-scripts-and-are-not-enqueued/ and found your plugin 🙂

Would it be possible to whitelist all enqueued scripts, since those already enqueued can be more easily discovered and manipulated, for example using this script https://lakewood.media/list-enqueued-scripts-handle/ but yes inline scripts and others can be very difficult
