I see that your thumbnails have uneven size and this forces the next row to go from a new row for the images that don’t fit in the grid. You may be interested to generate new thumbnails with the same size for your gallery from "Gallery -> Manage Galleries -> Create New Thumbnails"

Hello,
i tried to create new thumbnails 200×200, the problem still happens, this is the result:

The thumbnails are still uneven. Can you access “Gallery -> Gallery Settings -> Basic Thumbnails”, set “Override thumbnail settings” to “Yes” then set the “Thumbnails dimensions” to custom, set the custom size and enable the “Thumbnail Crop”

Some of your originally uploaded images aren’t big enough to fit the 250×250 size and respectively those will appear with a lower height regardless the thumbnails size you are using.
Please try to use a smaller size for your thumbnails like 180×180 or 200×200 to see if this will help.
