    Hi

    I have problem with one of my WordPress sites. When this plugin is activated i get a white screen or critical error message. When i deactivated your plugin the website is working as normal.

    I tried to deactivete brizy and brizy pro, then i could have it activated.

    It seems to be something strange here. Can it be a issue between Brizy and Responsive Menu – Create Mobile-Friendly Menu? Can you take a look at this issue.

    Responsive menu Plugin might be conflicting with the Brizy builder.

    Can you please try enabling “Use wp_footer hook” under Settings -> Advance. And then save the settings.

    Let me know if this resolves the issue or not.

    I have still not got this problem solved.

    Can you please answer and give some suggestions on how i can solve this problem. I have waited for almost a week now and your response time have been very slow.

    This problem is on a live website and i can´t wait anymore. I hope to get this problem solved as fast as possible.

    It seems that there is no way to upload a image to the WordPress forum. I share the image in our email conversation instead, i hope that is okay.

    Now the problem is solved. I put the solution here in case it can help others.

    The user interface has changed, so make sure that you use the new user interface. You can activate it by pressing the button “Try new version”.

    After that it should work without any error messages.
