white screen when installing

    I’ve followed the steps in the codex on installing wordpress. I’ve downloaded wordpress, connected with the ftp-adress, changed the MYSQL. I’m no supposed to go to http://chsense.com/wp-admin/install.php, but when I do that the screen is all white. No window for login or anything, nor any error message. I’ve also tried chsense.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php with no luck. Where did this go wrong? What is my next step?
