Support » Plugin: WPtouch » White screen on upgrade to 4.3.1

The upgrade today caused the site to go white. I had to rename the folder for wptouch to deactivate then I uploaded the 4.2.6 that I had upgraded from.
It didn’t display any errors – just went straight to the white screen after update.

I read some of the other recent support posts and w3cache was mentioned a lot but we do not have that plugin on the site.

Same thing happened to me. Not using w3cache. As soon as I activate wptouch again, white screen.

After upgrading to 4.3.1, the index page got completely broken. Had to go back to 4.2.5 to fix the problem temporarily.

Updated WPtouch from 4.3.1 (problem) to 4.3.2 today and everything works fine on the site where I had the white screen described above.
