[resolved] White Screen on Network Admin (4 posts)

    Hi, When I installed this plugin my network admin went blank.

    The individual sub sites still work, but I had to deactivate the plugin via FTP to restore access to the network admin area.

    What's the problem?

    Please click the following link for instructions on what info to provide support. Leave off the domain info.


    Perhaps it will give us a clue if you can get the info.

    Did you network activate? You might want to try activating individual sites.

    Hey, yeah! It must have been the network activate. I just tried again and it worked. Cool itdoug ;) thanks a lot. Not sure how I missed it right under my nose like that.

    Individual site activation it is!

    Glad it is working for you. It's unusual that the network activation would cause the problem. Perhaps there was some sort of conflict. I will test whether that works correctly on my sites. But I will resolve this topic since is working for you now.
