White screen on import settings page

Hi,
I have installed and activated the plugin and I see a white screen on the import settings page:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gathercontent-import

There is nothing I can do and I have informed the support team as well and awaiting their resolution.

hmmm sorry about that. We would love to help you out, but we’ll need a bit more information. The best source of information would be the last day’s worth of notices in your debug.log file in your wp-content folder. If you don’t have that file, you may need to add these lines to your wp-config.php file:
```
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
```
Can you provide us that information?

Thank you so much for posting, this has been very helpful and we’ve pinpointed the problem. We have discovered we are using some features in the plugin that are php 5.4+ only, while the plugin should be supporting 5.3+. We’ll be pushing out a release to address those issues.

As a side-note, I would suggest that you ask your host to upgrade your php version as 5.3 has reached end of life and is no longer supported: http://php.net/eol.php
