    Hi,

    We’d like to ask for more information to try to figure out what’s happening.

    Please follow the guide below, send us a support request via this contact form and mention this thread?

    Could you add the following code to your site’s wp-config.php file?

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    if ( WP_DEBUG ) {

            @error_reporting( E_ALL );
            @ini_set( 'log_errors', true );
            @ini_set( 'log_errors_max_len', '0' );

            define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
            define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
            define( 'CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );
            define( 'SAVEQUERIES', true );

    }

    Once you’ve done that, navigate to your site, try loading a few pages, and then check the wp-content/debug.log file for error messages.

    Send us the resulting log file, and then replace:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    … with this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    … in your wp-config.php file.
