White screen even after deleting Child Theme!

Please help! I’m so new to all of this so I used the plug in One Click Child Theme and it worked like a charm. I added a functions.php file to it to put a widget in the header area on my page and got so far for it to show up under my widgets in admin. BUT I added another file to my child theme and suddenly everything on the back and front-end went white. I tried just deleting the new files but it didn’t work and then I read that if you delete your child theme, it’ll revert to the parent; however, I did that and it’s STILL white and now I don’t know what to do.
