• I logged into my website (fpcchicago.org) and did an update that I was prompted to do and then it just went to a white screen. I was on this page when it all went blank. http://fpcchicago.org/wp/wp-admin/update-core.php

Now even if I try to log in, I just get a white screen. People can go to the front end of the site (fpcchicago.org) and see it, but once they navigate off the homepage it is white for them too.

I have seen a number of thread suggestions about replacing coding, but I cannot even log into the site at all to change anything.

    – you don’t need to login
    – try MANUAL updating. Download a fresh copy of the WordPress .zip file to your computer, unzip it, and use that to copy up all files and folders EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory. You may need to delete the old copies of files & folder on your server before uploading the new ones. Read the Manual Update directions first.
If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong.
