    We are getting a white screen after trying to combine two orders and the orders are not combined. When going back to orders page, seems like nothing has happened.

    – We select two orders
    – Select Consolidate/Combine/Merge Orders from the list
    – Select one order to be main one from the button
    – click apply

    WordPress version 5.8.1
    Woocommerce version 5.8.0
    Order splitter version 4.2.6

    @tierarepro please share screenshot of your settings page, meanwhile we will try to reproduce the same thing on our end.

    @tierarepro we have released an improved version but you have to share your error_log with us so we can see the white screen issue. Kindly try the latest version and if you can share so only share the errors logged in your error_log file resides under public_html or maybe wp-content/ directory related to woo-order-splitter plugin only.

    Hi,
    I updated the plugin and we still have the same problem.

    We are using default settings on the plugin. I haven’t changed anything on the settings page.

    There is nothing in the public_html/error_log file related to this plugin.

    Also, I couldn’t find an error log under /public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-order-splitter/

    @tierarepro please make sure you have turned ON Cron Jobs for the order list page from general settings tab.

    Cron jobs were off for the order list page. I turned them on and saved settings.
    We still have the same issue.

    Please edit your wp-config.php file and update this line define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); to define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); this will turn ON debug mode.

    Add this line next to it define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );, error log file will be created.

    I turned WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to true and tried combine again. Still get white screen and public_html/error_log file has nothing regarding the plugin. Last entry is from 2 weeks ago.

    Please share the screenshot of your settings page and if you see any error/notice on front end please paste here. We will be able to help you when we see any error or log related to the plugin.

    I don’t know how to get you any other error messages. There are no errors written into the error_log and the only errors that are on front end and in debug.log are the ones I pasted above.

    @tierarepro we are working on it. This plugin is good for splitting the orders. To combine the orders you can use Ultimate Order Combination.

    We tried the Ultimate Order Combination, but we also got a white screen there.
    That’s why we switched to Order Splitter because WordPress said it’s compatible with our WordPress version. Seems like the Ultimate Order Combination hasn’t been updated in 6 months.

    It is working with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. Please make sure you are selecting the correct option in bulk dropdown. Here is the video of the plugin working with the latest version of WordPress.

    Yes, we selected the correct option. Using the Ultimate Order Combination we still get a white screen. but if I go back to the orders page, the orders are combined.
