    I am getting the dreaded white screen on screen 2 of check out. No error codes just the white screen. I am using the test gateway and no orders are being placed.

    I have purchased the gold cart but I have disabled it, in hope that it would work. I have also logged a premium support query but have not had a reply I really need to get this sorted. I have also upgraded to wpec latest version 3.8.11.1

    Ah yes, sorry, I missed that in your original post.

    I tried making a test purchase and got a Server Error.

    Do you have access to server logs? Let me know if so and post the errors that page is generating here and we can probably help out.

    Alright, I think you’re sorted out – I gather this was a collision issue with permalinks. All I did was reset them to a different structure (Numeric), then back to what you had (Postname) and that seemed to resolve the whitescreen issue.
