 * I too am getting the same issue. The website was fully functional up until the
   point of activating the plugin. Therein every page (including admin) renders 
   as a white screen.
 * – zero lines of source are rendered to screen.
    – looking at the installed plugins
   via Plesk this one is not showing up as installed. – wordpress version is latest
   available – birds-custom-login is present in the file structure when viewed via
   FTP – deleting the plugin folder via ftp reinstates the website
 * We were running a test site with the Salient theme (child) activated.

 * Could you please turn on the debug mode in your wp-config.php?

    It’s just a conflict between two plugins who declare functions with
   same names. I’m working on it and publish a fix within a day.
