 * That’s a problem with your createpress theme – so you will need to use FTP (or
   other file manager) to manually deactivate it. You’ll find it here:
 *     ```
       wp-content
           themes
               createpress - rename this folder on the server
       ```

    And using the debug discovered
   that the problem is these. Do you know the solution?

 * No, you will have to ask the developers of the theme as that does not appear 
   to be a theme supported on these forums, sorry. We only support themes from here:
