    HI,

    Since a few days, I cannot dowload backups in my WordPress admin panel. Instead of downloading the file, there’s a white page. The backup seems to be fully created but cannot be downloaded.

    Any idea why ?

    Please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Infomation tab -> press Get debug info and paste it in hear.
    That would help us to identify your problem 🙂

    @igloo3,
    I see in your server config that WordPress Memory Limit was set pretty low ( 40MB ).
    Please try to increase it to about 256MB or 512MB via this link:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
    Hope that helps!

    Hi,

    I’ve done that but nope, still got the issue

    i’ve pasted this line into wp-config.php : define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );

    @igloo3,
    Weird problem, could you please temporary enable WP debug mode ( http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/wordpress/turning-on-wordpress-debugging ), try to download again and then take a screenshot of that error to me?

    And I see in your disabled PHP functions contains some weird functions: _dyuweyrj4, _dyuweyrj4r. Possibly your server has been hacked before, so I think that lead to unexpected result.

    And you can try to reinstall BackWPUp( if possible, reinstall whole your WordPress installation ) and try again.

    Hope that helps!

    HI,

    Thanks. I have reinstalled the plugin, and still got the issue with tar.gz files
    When I select .zip file, downloaded file is empty

    Here’s what debug says :
    “Notice: Constant WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/ascencia/www/wp-config.php on line 90”

    Just a question though, in which files have you seen thoses functions _dyuweyrj4, _dyuweyrj4r ??

    I see these weird functions in your disabled PHP functions list:
    Fonctions PHP désactivées :: _dyuweyrj4, _dyuweyrj4r, dl
    Also, you can find these backed up files manually in your <b>wp-content/uploads/backwpup-some_hash_string-backups</b>

    And I would recommend you to ask your hosting provider about why your hosting contains some weird PHP functions.
