Could you please provide us more information?
We’d like to know:
– The problem occurs when you configuring plugin or logging into wordpress?
– Do you use other security plugins or your login method is different than only login and password (e.g captcha)?
– Do you have installed JetPack or WooCommerce plugin? at the moment Magic Password does not support that plugins.
Hi, The problem occurs at logging in into wordpress, after scan, show a white page. In the app: An error ocurred, cannot connect with service.
– i’m using wordfence
– I don’t have Jetpack or WooCommerce

In the case of many security plugins installed, they can interact with each other. We checked the compatibility of our plugin with Wordfence with the default settings and everything looks fine, so the problem may be somewhere else (probably during redirection).
You can try to enable error logging (Admin Configuration page in Magic Password), and if the error occurs in our plugin we we’ll get more details.
