White layer between 2 rows

    I looked up in the forum to see if there was an answer to my question but nothing really worked out for me.

    How do I get rid of this white layer in between two rows?

    See my draft website here, right after the big image of the home page and before the black row with text. http://carnivalinrio.onlinewebshop.net/

    Note: I added another (orange) row on the home page, just to show you that the same problem persists..
