White Glove Support That Exceeds All Competition

I downloaded this plugin because of a list of plug-ins that ChatGPT recommended after it had done everything possible to build a custom template for my packing slips and failed. The first one that I downloaded was absolutely awful. It boasted custom templates in its description, but that was VERY limited. The support at that Plug In was practically non-existent.

I am so glad that this Plug In is the on that I clicked on WebToffee WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels next. I downloaded the free plug-in and then upgraded to the pro version so that I was able to customize and some of the other features it offered. Once I got everything insalled, I mmediately went into the settings to begin customizing my packing slip. I soon realized that I had hit a limitation that was going to prevent me from being able to use the plug-in for my packing slip.

Out of frustration, I emailed support to ask for a full refund because they clearly state that they will give a refund if it doesn’t work with your store or theme. When I emailed support, I got a response from a very helpful support agent, Mark. Mark offered to give the refund, but he also offered some amazing support.

Mark was able to assist me with getting past that limitation and even went as far to login in with me to the store so that a few things could be tweaked that I felt were over my head.

I needed the custom packing slip to be able to print all of the flower order information and also a section for my greeting card and delivery information. I had custom paper from my previous wire service site that I needed to be able to use. Thousands of sheets that I did not want to waste. Once all of the magic that Mark created along with the IT Team at the WebToffee head office was implemented… my flower delivery tickets print perfectly.

This type of customer service is not found very often anymore. Mark was the person that started with my ticket and stayed with it for the entre process. I didn’t get pushed around from agent to agent… I kept the same one that knew about my case and my business.

I cannot express clearly enough in this box how much this plug-in and Mark and the WebToffee team have completely upgraded my florist business with these packing slips. I am so excited to continue working with them in the future for all of my wordpress plug-in needs.
