white blank page

    I’m not sure of the version at this time, but that’s my domain name above. Blue Host is my web hosting company. I signed up with wordpress and received an admin site with user name and password. When I go to my admin site- merchantproducts.org/wp-admin all I get is a blank white page. Please help me fix this problem. Thank you for your time.

    I see that you bought domain name from namecheap and your host is bluehost did you change name servers at namecheap so the domain name points to bluehost.

    govpatel is correct, you have not yet pointed your name to Bluehost from your other company. The name servers are currently these:
    dns1.registrar-servers.com
    dns2.registrar-servers.com
    dns3.registrar-servers.com
    dns4.registrar-servers.com
    dns5.registrar-servers.com

    I know for Bluehost, you need to delete those, and put in these instead:
    ns1.bluehost.com
    ns2.bluehost.com

    That change can take 1-72 hours to go through, but normally in less than 24 hours you will see your site working with that admin site link.
