White bar over footer?

    Hi there.
    First of all if this post is agains any rules i apologise in advance. Please tell me what to do.

    My issue is with the free Zakra theme. I am doing a website for a charity NPO and we dont have much money to invest, so thats why the free version.

    The issue is on all the created pages the theme inserts a white bar between the content and the footer. Ive tryed everything i know to remove it, with no success.
    The website is currently under constrution and i cannot open it to the world, but i do have a screenshot:

    An unsubscribed visitor gets this white bar:

    And me, a administrator user, got the bar with the WordPress EDIT PAGE link on it:

    You guys have any idea what i should do to completely remove this white bar?
