We checked on the page and found the URL specified for the twitter image is not valid:
<meta name="twitter:image" content="//233100-712760-raikfcquaxqncofqfm.stackpathdns.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Smartphone-under-200-Dollars-Unlocked.jpg" />
The URL for the image would need to include the full path to the image. Can you please try correcting this and then checking whether Twitter loads the image as expected?
So you can’t use relative URLs?
That’s the CDN URL, I have disabled the CDN and tried to share the post on twitter, it still shows the same error.
This time Twitter image was –
<meta name=”twitter:image” content=”https://blucellphones.us/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/BLU-VIVO-X6-case.jpg” /> <meta name=”twitter:creator” content=”@yogeshkhetani” />
Other thing –
Many use CDN, how they are running with that without any problem?
I was using CloudWays CDN + Cloudflare. Cloudways CDN gave the relative path. In order to fix this issue, I have disabled Cloudways CDN and only Cloudflare CDN ($20 plan) is only enabled. Please check to what will be the problem.
Even after my attempt to remove the relative path, the problem isn’t fixed. Twitter image doesn’t show up.
Alternatively I had the similar configuration on technosamigos.com site (Cloudways CDN), there I don’t have any problem. All works fine.
The image currently works but it’s showing using a site path and not the CDN path. This confirms that the image and the Yoast SEO output is correct. The process that replaces the site path with the CDN path would be the next thing to check.
