# Which to install first….plugins or database?

 * I installed WordPress on a host provider site. I started installing the plugins.
   Afterwards, I want transfer content from another site by importing the database.
 * Is this the correct order, or should I import the database first and it will 
   automatically install all the plugin I had on the other site.

 * the db stores info about the plugins but does not install them
