Which tables need to be copied for duplicate sites?

I’m having the exact same issue, but it’s not clear to me from reading what exactly solved the problem.

All achievements are copying over to new sites successfully *except* steps.

What table are steps stored in? I’m able to copy over p2p, p2pmeta but no other badgeos tables are showing in the blog template plugin (they only show tables that begin with the blog prefix).
