 * It doesn’t look like a plug-in at all but like custom code they built into the
   root of their website. My recommendation is to contact the site owners directly
   and ask.

 * But actually, you cannot preview and download if you are not logged in. So I 
   wonder if this is a wp plugin or not. What do you think?
