 * Let me tell you what I would like to do :
 * I have a normal website including information about what I do/ contact info and
   so on.
 * I need to create a Login Area so that users can log in to my site and view their
   own private page which I the admin can manage by uploading content such as invoices,
   certain notices and other content.
    I the admin need to be able to manage each
   page for each user enabling them to also upload content of their own. I also 
   need to be able to publish general news which all users will see (including email
   notification).
 * What quality plugin would you suggest using ?
    If possible it should have multilangual
   support as I will configure it in italian.
