Which login to use?

This is probably a very basic question. I’ve installed the plugin and cloned my site. When I go to edit it, the plugin prompts me for a login. I enter my WordPress credentials and they’re rejected. The Forgot Password link never sends an email to my WordPress email.

Which credentials is the plugin expecting here? I use the same WordPress account to access the site in question. Only WP Staging is barring the door!
