Which hook runs when you change user roles/capabilities?

    I am using a plugin that allows definition of custom user roles.
    A group of people can be assigned to a role via bulk migration.

    I plan to send users emails informing them of their role change.
    Which wordpress hooks is called when a user role changes, so that I may plu in at this point to send out mails?
