Which feed do i submit to iTunes?

My feed for my podcast that I made in podpress is
http://www.myserver.com/podcast/?feed=rss2I also notice that podcasters use a short version like
http://www.myserver.com/podcast/feedI have an account with feedburner at:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/myfeednameMy first question is which feed address do I submit to iTunes?
My second question is if I use the SUBMIT TO THIS DIRECTORY feature in Podcast Setting in WordPress, will Feedburner pickup my hits, subscribers, visit stats?
