 * I see there are two caching plugins to choose from. “WP-Cache” and “WP Super 
   Cache”. Which one should I use?

 * Well wp super cache includes the old plugin wp-cache and adds some new features.
   I would have to recommend wp super cache myself, some others might have different
   opinions.

 * WP-Super-Cache. It’s better than WP-Cache mainly because it’s still supported
   and actively being developed.
