• I’ve paid for the premium plugin on Sprout’s website. And over the past month I’ve submitted several support tickets, half of my support tickets just ends up saying ‘more research needed’, and the rest never gets any reply?

    My support ticket goes back to 27th May, and none of them are resolved – I’m patient, but this is getting ridiculous.

    Is this plugin still active?

    Where’s the paid support?

    Not here, that’s for sure. The author can’t field any topics here for any customer. They’d get into real trouble here for doing that.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.


    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
