I want to know where will the link in the user be displayed? Where will it appear on my site after I fill it out?

Hello, it depends on your theme it could be displayed on the author page https://qingdaohf.com/?author=1 but author sites seem to be disabled on your site, one more possibility could be in the wp-json: https://qingdaohf.com/wp-json/wp/v2/users

For my website, it appears on the head section of all posts that the author wrote.

It’s totally depends upon the theme code. But most case on Head section, Footer section or on Contact us page.
