where to put theme translation file ?

    Hi,

    I’ve translated the mesocolumn-en_EN file to french by using poedit

    Now I don’t know where to put the new po/mo files.

    I’ve tried to put the files mesocolumn-fr_FR in the same folder
    I’ve tried to put them in the wp-content/languages folder

    I’ve deactivated server cache and cleared browser cache, but still not taken into account.

    What’s the right way to proceed ?

    I answer to myself
    it works if putting a file named fr_FR.mo
    in themes/mesocolumn/languages folder.

    I’ve noticed the identifier of the “You are here:” message has changed. It used to be “You are here “.
