Where to find “Shop Rating” reviews?

Hi,

I have difficulties finding shop reviews from our customers. Shop rating is enabled in settings and I can see product reviews from customers, but where can I find shop rating?

I use this shortcode: [cusrev_all_reviews shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″]

I still see product reviews only and I can’t find shop reviews. Please help.

Can you please try to add the argument number=”0″ to hide the product reviews?

I updated to 3.86. I have this code [cusrev_all_reviews number=”0″ shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″]

It doesn’t work.

Please use the standard double quotes. I’ve corrected your example:

[cusrev_all_reviews number="0" shop_reviews="true" number_shop_reviews="-1"]

Ok, I found a workaround. I activated a trust badge and after I click on it I can see shop reviews there.
