You have to add the same fields to your User profile form in Ultimate member -> Forms.

Do you mean the Default Profile form, which is empty right now?
But I have 3 registration forms with different fields for different sorts of members. Should I put all fields in the 3 forms into the Default Profile form? Or is it possible to have different profile form for the 3 registration form respectively?
I wish to have those customized fields shown on Users or at least on Edit User instead of users’ profile page. Is there any way to achieve this?

If you use unique profile forms for different user roles you have to add each profile form shortcode to your User page. Please check this doc on how to setup Unique profiles for different user roles.
