Where to add the code If I need to add additional widgets

    Where do I add code to include additional widgets in dashboard like “help ”for entire multisite? In theme’s functions.php or admin-functions.php in installation folder?

    Is there also another possibility to set this type of dashboard widgets to only a particular subsite?
