Where to add a footer graphic?

At http://www.pupntaco.com/wordpress I’d like the footer graphic (http://www.pupntaco.com/images/divider.gif) to sit at the bottom of each post. I tried editing the Styles.CSS under “footerbox” but I’m sure my syntax isn’t correct; it’s ignoring what I put in there.
Any suggestions?
