  • Hello @wazexr ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The Gateway fee is not something that you define. These fees are shown based on the payment method used. For example, Paypal cuts a fee when a transaction is made through the Paypal payment method then this field will show that fee that Paypal took from the transaction.

As this is a Pro feature I recommend that you discuss this through our support channel.

    Thank you 🙂

    Hi @rur165 ,

If I use another payment method can’t sync? I use Pro, but the support channel very slow reply to my ticket.

    Hello @wazexr ,

At the moment we are only supporting the Paypal gateway fee on the reports. We have plans to improve it to collect other payment fees related information as well.

I am sorry to hear you found our support slow, as of now we try to reach to you within 24 hours since you create your ticket.

    Thank you.

Hi @rur165 may i know when you all will support the rest of the payment gateway fees?

    Hello @bravonet ,

We have a plan to include Stripe Gateway fees in future updates.

I am not certain if this will be included in the immediate next update but definitely it will come in future versions.

    Thank you 🙂

    Hi @rur165,

If we use local payment gateway can your plugin support it? or must customize it?

    Hello @wazexr ,

Any payment gateway that works for WooCommerce will work for Dokan. This type of payment method will work as non-adaptive which means the order amount will go to the admin account first and the vendor will only have a balance on their dashboard. Later they can request for a withdrawal.

If you want the auto-split feature then Dokan Stripe Connect or Wirecard is the only method works now.

    Thank you 🙂
