Support » Fixing WordPress » Where is wp-content/themes/default/images

  • Hi,

I want to change the header image. I’m using the default theme.

I’ve searched and I’ve found people saying I should go to “wp-content/themes/default/images”.

    But where is “wp-content/themes/default/images”?

I installed wordpress thru godaddy. Do I find the location in my godaddy account? or at the wordpress admin, or where?

I can’t find the location in either place.

I really need this spelling out to me in baby language if possible. Like ‘go here’ ‘click on this’ etc.

Then once I’m there, I’m not clear on how to actually change the image.

I’ve seen advice that says ‘upload a new image with FTP’. I have no clue how to do that. Is it just one image i need to change? What’s the name of the image? Is there a way i can just upload a new image without ftp?
