Do you have automatic updates turned off using a plugin at all?
TwentyTen is tied to core. TwentyTen 1.2 came with WordPress 3.1.
But shouldn’t v1.2 be available in the theme repo?
I’m pretty sure the repository-hosted versions of Twenty Ten are merely for archival purposes. Or maybe it’s an oversight, though I highly doubt it. I’ll ping Ian, and ask him what’s up.

I reinstalled WordPress 3.1.2 and found Twenty Two 1.2 listed among my themes. So I activated it…and lo and behold, the original problem of the lost CSS stylesheet returned.
I still can’t fix it, but I at least I can see the problem in the header:
http://imblacknitravel.com/wp-content/w3tc/min/a760f3df2fad2dbadaa56579ab3a52a9.499329804.css
And when you click on it, you still get:
“Bad file param format.”
It’s not a plugin issue; I deactivated ALL the plugins.
Under the Performance section of the Dashboard, you get this error message:
“Content Delivery Network Error: The “Replace default hostname with” field must be populated. Enter CDN provider hostname. (This is the hostname used in order to view objects in a browser.)”
I switched the Minify mode to “manual.” I emptied every cache that I could. the results are still the same.
I’m now at a loss. I love the Twenty Ten theme, but I can’t use it until this bug gets fixed.

Yes, you’re right. I deactivated it and everything now displays as it should. I am seriously grateful for your help.
