Where is the WYSIWYG editor ! ?

    I can’t find the WYSIWYG editor in the package, I’m not that good at HTML and it’s PITA typing in HTML code all the time.
    I’ve tried UltimateTinyMCE and TinyMCE but neither work or don’t appear to wit 3.6.1
