It looks like these and more are gone after the 5.4.0 update.
I guess iThemes has intentionally removed them from the plugin.
Below a complete list of removed features:
- Temporarily Whitelist my IP (Now happens automatically for Admin users at login)
- WordPress File Permissions
- System Information
- Screen Options
- First Important Steps modal screen
Perhaps iThemes can let us know whether any of these features may return in future in a redesigned form ?
Also in the answers of the questions of the New Dashboard FAQs section there is no information about these omissions…

Temporarily Whitelist my IP (Now happens automatically for Admin users) is the proper development, but status on file permissions would be nice to continue to have.

iThemes, Please add the visual WordPress File Permissions view back. This was a very helpful feature.
I agree, the file permissions view was one of the most useful features. The new dashboard is not an improvement.
+1 for file permissions. I am OK with the rest of the changes, but file permissions was a handy feature that is now gone.

There is’t a current plan of bringing any of these back. But we do have a planning meeting on Friday and I’d be happy to bring up any tools you found useful that have been removed.

According to the 5.5.0 Changelog:
New Feature: Added a new File Permissions section on the settings page to bring back the directory and file permissions listing feature found on the Security > Dashboard page of older plugin versions.
As this is no longer an issue please mark this topic as ‘resolved’.
