• Hi, I would like know how to whitelist my own ip adress. I have been having these ‘You have been blocked.’ reports when I am busy editing my webpages.

I’m getting this in my blacklist report:

    2018-06-01 08:43:52 IP (own ip adress) blocked by Trap / Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.181 Safari/537.36.

Furthermore, it is blocking my cache plugin (WP Rocket) once in a while.

I cannot find the option in the manual. Thanks.

  • Hi,
    Thank you for your inquiry.
The option you are looking for is currently in development and should be added next week.
meantime what you can do is disabling the “Smart-Protection”, “Anti Spam” and “Anti Bot” features. When you’ll be done editing the page switch them back on.

We are sorry for the inconvenience – the feature should be ready next week

    Hi Tim,
We’ve added the white list option.
Please update your plugin and every thing should be in order.
Please mark this issue as resolved

    Kind Regards

    Cobweb-Security
