    Sorry, the IP Manager feature may not be disabled while there are IP addresses in the White List

    I can’t find the white List manager…

    It’s under the IP Manager menu… have a look for 2 buttons right below the options section on that page. One is for the black list, one is for white..

    That’s a bit strange because the screenshot displays that the IP manager feature is both enabled and disabled at the same time… so something strange is going on there. Never seen that before… and that’ll be why the buttons aren’t showing as the buttons wont show if it’s disabled. Can you try resaving it setting or something? Do you have anything else running on the site that might interfere with it?

    yes, When I :
    – try to save Shield’s settings
    – enable/disable any plugin
    – save posts
    I can see a green info:

    While this will remove all current settings, this is all I can suggest right now because the current state is very odd. You can try resetting the plugin to default settings:
