Where is the support?

I’ve hit a bug in the groups locator premium add on, but three days later after submitting a support request there hasnt been a reply or acknowledgement.
Ive three licences due for renewal now, but I am not sure if it is worth it.
Great plugins, but the support needs the attention it deserves.
I have now ended up paying a developer to fix the bug. I was going to share it with the authour, bit I am reluctant to now given the lack of support.
