If you mean the settings, it is the third tab in the settings. If you mean how to activate it, from the third tab you can choose which menu to add or use the shortcode below to display it.

I think I got it. I was confused – I thought that mini wish list would be something like mini cart. It is only a menu with a counter.
BTW: I used your widget to place it below Recently viewed items but I think it should not be collapsed but open as the recently viewed – you can make it as option:
