Where is the link for the payment reminder?

    Hello,

    I am trying to set up a payment reminder, and as far as I read that should be available within the order actions but there are just the regular 6 options
    – resend order emails
    – new order
    – processing order
    – completed order
    – customer invoice
    – generate download permissions

    but no payment reminder.
    How to activate that?
    The test-order is on payment-pending

    Hi @tmwm

    WooCommerce core does not include a payment reminder email. To create an email based on certain triggers such as a pending payment, you can use an extension such as AutomateWoo.
