Where is the function code for quickpress?

    I know I should know this, but I’m racking my brain this morning … I need to tweak the quickpress function code so that autocomplete is on. But for the life of me, I can’t find the function. Where is it?

    Also, any way to make autocomplete=on be default and upgrade-proof?
