Where is the "Create" event link for users?

    Sorry for being a jerk face, but I can’t find the “create” link for the users…I found it for the admin, but not for the user. I don’t allow users to have access to wp-admin url, so is there a menu, or link I can put in my menus.

    I have the “event” menu accessible to the users, BUT want a “create” event link to show.
